These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the services offered in the Mygol computer application, owned by TSM. Registration in MyGol implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions that are indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable in certain registrations. These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before registering in the MyGol mobile application.

4. Purchase and / or contracting process

It is also recommended that the customer keep a durable copy of the conditions of sale when placing their order, as well as the receipt sent by MyGol by email.
To receive the invoice, the user must request it at email@example.com providing their tax data.
5. Duration, renewal and cancellation of the contract
The Client will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the registration, to communicate his total or partial withdrawal from the purchase of the Product or service, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Registration for the service will be effective from the moment the payment has been made.
7. Prices, expenses and taxes
The prices of the services of Ferraz Beltrán Jesús and Ulía Asesores (Technology Sports Management SL) will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during their validity period.
Products and services
The registration to Technology Sports Management SL, implies the registration to a non-professional sports competition of soccer, futsal or soccer-7, in which a minimum of 15 matches will be held. Registration for the service includes the provision of a regulation field, a referee and the changing rooms. In the case of contracting health insurance, you can consult these services on the insurer’s website. The final prices of all services, along with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the items that appear in the MYGOL app.

• The VAT rate is 21%.
• Shipping costs: are those indicated at the time of purchase.
The prices of the services can change at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date of registration. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before he formalizes his acceptance.
8. Payment methods
We put at your disposal these payment methods:
a. By credit or debit card You can make the payment immediately through the secure payment gateway Stripe (www.stripe.com). If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and banking data will be protected with all the security measures established by REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 with total confidentiality.
9. Returns and withdrawal policy
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to DESIST the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the referred text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.This right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:
• When the user has made use of the competition and any of the services provided (changing rooms, showers, matches, insurance, etc.)
The client will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of their registration to inform MyGol about their desire to withdraw from the contract.
The withdrawal implies that, MyGol will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the client within a maximum period of one month, following the same procedure chosen by the client for its payment (provided that the service purchased is not within the exceptions indicated above ).
During this period, the consumer will inform the entrepreneur of his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling in the form at the end of this document and sending it to the email address of MyGol.
MyGol will communicate to the consumer in durable medium an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal.
Once we receive your request and once the use or non-use of the services has been verified, we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return. The client will bear the costs of the refund of the amount.
10. Customer service and claims
